How can I check if the sim card can be reactivated ?

Dear Sirs,
I bought a China Mobile Simcard back in April 2013 when I first came to China.

Because of business I had to leave for 4 months to Europe and when I came back in October 2013, my Simcard was not working anymore.
I am now living in Suzhou and the Simcard is not working. Has it been deactivated? The number is 188xxxxxxx. Could you please check and let me know what happened ?

If possible, please reactivate the number.

Have you got a 6 digits password please ? Is the sim card registered under your name please ?

Answer: If your number has not expired, it can be reactivated by topping up.

 The sim card didn't registration

I bought the Simcard at the mall at a little booth from China Mobile. So no registration. I don't know if have a password. I"ve never used one with the simcard.

Then, you have to bring the card to China Mobile, Shanghai to check if the sim card bought in Shanghai.
