Suspended account
SMS message
I have been home for the past 2 years, so I occasionally use the china mobile number to receive verification codes, so today I tried to use it I don't have access but on the 30th December I got an SMS which I did not understand clearly as I was translating..is it possible the number is suspended.

On the 30th of December, the message says that the account balance is RMB 16.86, and the monthly plan charge is RMB 38.00. To avoid the account being suspended, please top up on time.
