1. What if I travel outside of my coverage area or if I travel overseas, can I still use your service?
Of course! If you are outside of your mobile phone coverage area and you want to place a call using this service, you need to use a pay phone or a fixed phone to access one of our available access numbers and enter your free PIN (given to you at the time of sign up). Please note that using your mobile phone to access our service outside of your coverage area may result in high roaming charges by your mobile phone service provider.

2. Are there any minimum usage requirements?
There are no minimum usage requirements for this service.

3. How long does it take to open my new account?
It will take up to 2 business days to open your account from the time you send us your request for service.

4. Can I use this service from any phone? Are the rates the same?
The Global Call Connect service can be used from a mobile phone as well as from a fixed phone line. The rates can vary when calling to a mobile phone or a fixed phone, so please check our rates above.
