Can't Receive SMS When Roaming

I am in China with a China Mobile sim for many years(10). 1382910xxxx recently I was in Hong Kong & had occasion to send an sms to a hk number 7 also to UK number.

Both sms seemed to be sent by my mobile but both the recipients say they didn't receive.

Today i returned to Dongguan in China & sent the sms again & the recipient got it.

It would seem when I'm in hk there is an issue. can you help?

Please bring the phone to Dongguan China Mobile Branch and let them check the SIM card status.
