Make International Calls: 

1) Dial 17900 on your phone in China, press 2 for English prompt ( you can ignore Chinese greeting at the beginning ).

Press card number followed by # key. And press password followed by # key. Then, follow the instruction, simply dial 00, country code, the area code, a phone number and followed by # key.

2) Pinless/Speed Dialing Option: Bundling your phone with your China phone card account (not suggest to be used on a public or hotel phone):
Dial 17900, press 2 for English prompt. Press card number followed by # key. And press password followed by # key. Press 44 # to bundle, and press 1 to confirm.

Then, each time you make international calls: dial 17901 00, country code, the area code, a phone number and followed by # key.
