Domestic Roaming Charge

HEy I have a Shanghai SIM of china mobile but i will not be staying here anymore, i have to go to Guangzhou for my further stay. problem is i do not want to change my SIM card, i want to use this same SIM in Guangzhou but without a roaming charge. is it possible? How do i do it?

Sorry you can't do that. You have to buy a new number to save when you are in another city.
